Subject:Reaching our for comment

Dear Mr. Byrne,

I am working on a story involving the election and Dominion. I have been told and am preparing to report that you gave the lawyer Sidney Powell $500,000 to investigate Dominion and the role it’s voting machines may have played, allowing her to continue to pursue this line of inquiry. I wanted to give you a chance to comment further about the investigation before we go to press.

I can be reached at 917-XXX-XXXX.

Best,

Jo Becker

===============================================

Dear Ms. Becker,

Thanks for reaching out.

First, the correct number is, “$0”. I gave $0 to Sidney Powell or to DefendtheRepublic.org. I publicly endorsed DefendtheRepublic as the place to donate to fight back against election fraud, but I did not donate.  My work and Sidney’s overlapped.

Just as you are first assertion is incorrect, you seriously misrepresent mine and Sidney’s cooperation as being targeted “to investigate Dominion and the role it’s voting machines may have played….” Our cooperation was to enable Sidney to handle the legal side of unraveling the question of election fraud in the 2020 election, wherever that led.

It is natural for you to ask, What are my thoughts on election fraud in the 2020 election? It so happens that I have recently made my thoughts on that subject public. Given that so far your letter is 0 for 2, may I respectfully suggest that, should you seek to characterize those thoughts in any way, you first read this essay (the first 2/3 of it seem particularly on point):
How DJT Lost the White House, Introduction: Why I Was Involved Before November 3 & What I Learned Because I Was (1.3)

Also, rather than characterize my thoughts on Donald Trump, please read this short piece from over a year ago: Reflections on Donald J. Trump.

Most respectfully,
Patrick M. Byrne

PS For extra credit, go with this: How Donald J. Trump Lost the White House, Preface (1.1)

    1. Assuming she doesn’t just go with the old “my press deadline arrived before I received your response” copout.

    1. You set her straight but bet she’s gonna twist the truth anyway. I have a bad taste in my mouth of the media.

  1. I was intrigued by your comments about DJT in (1.1) do you feel he could carry through with the 3 ft putt for extraneous reasons and was vowed to silence not share?

Some believe it was part of master plan to let the crime be completed so all the unlawful and villainous players could be fully exposed.

Or perhaps DJT had been threatened with such a ruinous threat that not only his family would be destroyed but some communities or great numbers o live?

Look carefully at the Nashville explosion there are some insidious forces at play here.

Thank you Patrick your knowledge, dedication and efforts are greatly appreciated and I believe eventually the truth will be known.

    1. Well I didnt like his comments about trump, (not because i like trump, i dont but not for the usual reasons). But i didnt like his comments because
“When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re sending people that have a lot of problems, and they’re bringing those problems to us. They’re bringing drugs; theyre bringing crime; they’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.”

Has been reported by him as:

“When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best….They’re rapists“ (end of quote)

      in this article: https://www.deepcapture.com/2019/10/reflections-on-president-donald-j-trump/

Which is being seen a lot again because of a certain recently added links.

It’s not just leaving out the last part, but he is listing off various problems – never claiming they all have every problem. (And again, even saying some have none of the problems and are good).

**** Also, he implies it’s antimexican in general. If they’re not sending their best, that implies they have a best. The *whole point* was about the subset that is illegally coming being distinct from the average. It’s not a comment “about mexicans”. This is summarized by media as “trump called mexicans rapists”. No he called SOME, illegal aliens, rapists, even clarifying he didnt mean all illegal aliens, and really clarifying he wasnt talking about mexicans per se anyway. Even given all that it was one of his least pc statements ever and an error. If he was a dem it would never be mentioned even once. ****

      Thanks,

  2. I think this woman will write a story that fits her own agenda & the agenda of her employers, regardless of the truth. At this particular point in time, the MSM pushes non-truth & lies of omission with such fervor, they no longer recognize what truth is. Kudos to you, Patrick (she also chose to call you Mr. Byrne, rather than Dr. Byrne— isn’t that politically incorrect now, lol?). Thank you.

  3. Thank you.

    1. She will do exactly that. When it’s published, I hope Patrick will post it here, along with Jo’s email address.

  4. My answer to a “reporter” of the NYT or any other libtarded propaganda media would’ve been: No.

That’s it. You’ll see that she’ll turn every word you wrote against you and Sidney! Just wait and watch. LOL

Most “reporters” or even worse “journalists” are not worth the paper they are writing on! I know some in person. Even wrote for a small tech journal. Communism is rampant and hard and honest work can be found with less than 0.1% of them. They seek the spotlight, like Fauci. To have a little fame.

    1. Agreed. Wow, an “its” error? Yikes. (In before “it was an autocorrect” — Jo, dear, you’re a professional writer.)

  5. Thank you for making that correspondence public. This experience of transparency, your drafts and now this, are changing standards for such interactions.

  6. Patrick,

She couldn’t be bothered to research this story so she went with an obviously incorrect tip, if there really was a tip. She couldn’t be bothered to check her grammar, so she added an apostrophe incorrectly to a possessive pronoun.

Any NYT reporter who uses anonymous sources [“have been told”] to prepare media reports to help Dominion in its retaliatory lawsuit against Powell and Guiliani for over a billion dollars, is likely an asset of some kind and not playing fair.

That’s just an educated guess for now, but I would urge the digital warriors on this blog to check into it.
People have been asking what they can do. Well, here it is.

Delve into Jo Becker’s past reporting, any connections to the financial cabal, or even to Coomer himself, proof of Mockingbird status, ties to Dem financiers or hacks, affairs with Coomer’s lawyers, business irregularities, court filings, and the rest of her history. Give these propaganda outlets a taste of the medicine they dish out to others.

Particularly look for her stories covering Trump, RussiaCollusion, and any BFF status with Obama and Hillary associates.

This will extract a price from reporters…and the people behind them… for intimidating anyone who exposes cabal corruption.

    1. I fully agree with you. She is too typical of today’s PSEUDO-JOURNALIST, lazy and using others to write her story. A story is what she will tell, not a documented proven account of the true situation.

  7. Awhile ago you wrote on twitter about your frustration with citizens and them “not doing anything”. Many Americans have been aware of the deep state despite the main media outlets covering it up. So those aware voted for Donald Trump. In doing so, they were called racists, Deplorables, etc, etc. Meanwhile, they watched as the deep state just got bolder and faced absolutely no consequences. Supporting our President was met with hatred, intimidation. The media even went after children. Then the pandemic hit and if forced any safeguards left to be stripped away to ensure voter integrity, demoralize the masses, and threaten everyone’s ability to earn a living.Pennsylvania is a perfect example. Now, questioning the election irregularities makes citizens domestic terrorists. I’m confused by some of your story. If anything, the deep state is only getting stronger. It’s obvious who is actually in charge of our country, it’s not Joe Biden. Watching a confused old man everyday struggle to perform basic tasks is just extremely sad and depressing. Many of those that were concerned called our state legislatures but our pleas went unanswered or often were met with condescending replies. Senator Toomey in particular was very articulate in his condescension. Many are still clinging to hope despite everyday it seems our rights and freedoms are in further jeopardy.

    1. Thank you for your comment. You shared the exact thoughts of so many, many worried moms, including me and my core group of female friends. I think you might relate…we haven’t changed our minds about any of this. Donald Trump was our best hope. We know we were defrauded. And we do not blame him for the Capitol incident. Nothing the leftists cram down our throats will change what we know.

  8. As soon as I saw “New York Times” I thought, here we go…

Great idea to print a reporter’s email along with your reply so you have an accurate record. More public figures have been doing just that. Byrne has been burned before!

  9. OK guys, got some background.
Becker is a 3x Pulitzer winning reporter, who left the WashPo for NYT.
WashPo is even more of a Mockingbird outlet than any other paper.
    So that is strike one.
Strike two. She has an extensive background in negative reporting on Trump, including pushing Russian collusion stuff.
Strike three. Her husband Serge Kovaleski, also of WashPo, now at NYT, is the son of Fred K. who was a CIA spy. Kovaleski goes back decades in interaction with Trump. He is the guy with the disability who was allegedly mocked by Trump. I would say what I dug up in just one minute is already looking bad for her objectivity in writing about Dominion.

[I know I did not put hyphens in some places, but that is because my keyboard isn’t working right not because I cannot be bothered.]

    1. Wow! Great work.

Yeah, this is NOT going to be an even-handed piece at all. In fact, I think we can safely say it’s going to be more like a smear piece/hit job. As mentioned elsewhere in the comments, this will definitely be used to build public narrative and perhaps even to attempt to sway the actual court of law against Sidney.

The response (and these posts) gives no ammo toward that mission, but watch as Jo does some incredible journalistic twisting to obfuscate the truth.

    2. As part of the Great Awakening that is going on recently, I completely changed my perception of awards like Pulitzer or whatever. Like most of academia, awards have gone woke. Getting these awards just means you are the favorite of the far left, aka, Communists. Some governor got Emmy for conducting Coronavirus reports. Think of that. Even Nobel Prize is suspect to me. If Obama can get a Nobel Peace for killing more people, Trump should have gotten three Nobel prizes for bringing extraordinary peace accords in the Middle East and starting no new war.

  10. They blocked me on Twitter for 7 days. But, there is a simple response to her.
Ask why Voting systems are not identified as Critical Infrastructure (CI)?
Where is the Certification & Accreditation?

CI requires security, and government certification.

  11. Patrick,at this point it would not surprise me if the sick, demented DNC minions started writing attack pieces if you bought Sidney a pizza.

  12. Some believe it was part of master plan to let the crime be completed so all the unlawful and villainous players could be fully exposed.

here we go again… tiger woods intentionally lost masters
the ceo intentionally ran the company into ruins….

    how realistic?

the dude just blew it. fact.

  13. More on ”reporter” Jo Becker and her direct ties to HILARY ROSEN AND KEN MEHLMAN, BIG TIME DEMOCRAT OPERATIVES who evidently guide her reporting.

Becker’s Pulitzer Prize was not given because her gay marriage book was great: it’s been trashed even by the Guardian, from the left, as a kind of rewrite of the history of marriage equality to give credit only to “rich, white” guys….

What the Guardian should have said is that CREDIT WAS ONLY GIVEN TO DEMOCRAT ACTIVISTS.
In other words, those kinds of prizes go to those who promote the CABAL NARRATIVE.

Becker’s book promoted Chad Griffen, who ended up heading HUMAN RIGHTS CAMPAIGN, a very important part of the Democrat power base.

Becker’s promotion of Griffen and Human Rights Campaign ties directly to HRC’s HILARY ROSEN, one of the most powerful women in politics, Democrat political strategist, lobbyist, CNN analyst, Trump hater, and handler of Hillary, Feinstein, and other swamp critters on the left.

    ON HILARY ROSEN’S TDS
    https://dldnews.com/two-elephants-in-the-room/

“Hilary Rosen thinks that media will bitterly regret the day they have started treating Trump as a “normal politician.”

    ON BECKER’S BOOK
    https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/chrisgeidner/the-new-book-about-the-marriage-equality-movement

“But Becker’s reliance on the AFER (and, later, HRC) team — primarily lawyers Olson and Boies, staffers Griffin and Adam Umhoefer, and consultants [HILARY] ROSEN and KEN MEHLMAN— is ultimately the book’s downfall. Almost any contextualizing of the case is done by people with a vested and open interest in advancing the narrative that Griffin, with Olson’s help, rescued a cause that Becker claims “had largely languished in obscurity.”

    1. Correction:

I lumped Ken Mehlman in with Rosen as a DEM operative, but in fact he is a gay Republican…one time chair of the RNC, whose position at HRC misled me. A RINO most likely, as he seems to be very active in Green investments. He is chief of Environmental Social governance at KKR, one of the largest private equity firms in the world. We know that private equity is heavily invested in Dominion Voting systems…and I would guess Mehlman has a hand in investments at KKR…and they are likely invested in Dominion as well. Must find a concrete link for that.

      1. Terrific.
        THAT is what is needed.
Just don’t announce it because now the leftist editors and agents there will be erasing and taking down.
Think long term. Penetrate these places by starting small and slowly ascending in the ranks to the point when you can make changes that are authoritative and reflect reality not left delusion/wishful thinking.

  14. Patrick, just in case it should come to it, here’s a quick guide of how to proceed with the NY Times, should they publish a defamatory, unsourced, malicious piece of gossip…i.e. one of their so called investigative reports…about you :

Project Veritas sues NYT for defamation:

    https://www.projectveritas.com/news/new-york-times-begs-court-to-dismiss-project-veritas-defamation-lawsuit/

Famous Times reporteress gets caught defaming a video by Project Veritas as “unsourced” because she could not be bothered to do the legwork to find out the names of the multiple witnesses cited in it. Then she turns around and says her own report on Veritas is based on..[drumroll]..
    Wikipedia!!!!
…which you cannot use as your main source in a high school report.
    ROTFLMAO

  15. To anyone who doesn’t understand what’s happening here… Becker is laying the groundwork strategy to spew her libtard lies and misinformation. These vermin in the libtard fake news liberal media make these mundane “attempts” to contact conservatives they plan to write about, in the hopes that they get no response. Then, later, when they publish their lies and BS, they use the classic line, Byrne “did not respond to attempts to contact him.”

At that point they let loose with their lies and garbage. Byrne was smart enough to respond. I’m sure Becker and the libtard trash rag and enemy of the people, The New York Times, is not happy he got back to them.

      1. Libtard? Sucks. When did the brainwashing start? How old were you? Personally I think you sheep are born this way.

    1. I was thinking the same, that she may at least make mention that it is “rumored that Byrne gave half a million… which Byrne has denied… ” Something like that, just to keep the water nice and muddy.

  16. Jo Becker – but more importantly, her employer – undoubtedly has no interest in airing or investigating any genuine concerns about the integrity of the election(s). But if she or any other journalist did, she might ask Twitter why, in the last day or two, the accounts of those struggling to conduct a public review of election records in Georgia (@VoterGA’s volunteers), Arizona (GOP State Senator @SonnyBorrelli), and Michigan (former GOP State Senator @PJColbeck) have all evidently been locked.

The tweets on those three accounts are still visible with an extra click, and I challenge anyone to explain what recent content is objectionable – particularly in the case of the quiet account of VoterGA.org. It seems, rather, that those account-holders are perceived to be violating a reprehensible, and thus unstated, new corporate standard, clearly embraced by the owners and employees of the New York Times, that any public discussion by citizens working to review election evidence, in the face of opposition from government officials, is verboten in the land of the free.

    1. the chica got 3 pulitzers… wassup? you think she no smart? she pulitzer babe… nyt babe… respect her….

      😉

      patrick… you are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO cruel…. 😉

  17. Yo Patrick you have to look at GME gamestop. The noob day traders on Robinhood are putting the screws to all the hedge fund shorter’s. Cleaning their clock and openly talking about it on the chat boards….

I luv the fact that the BIG money wall street guys have lost control and are getting burned…

  18. NYT and WAPO reaching out how cute but they will never “report” something that does not fit their narrative. Even if they wanted to. TDS.

  19. Patrick,

The classic problem. Pravda Press journalists are hired specifically for their ‘ability’ to be told how to think and what to think. And when their empty heads are confronted with the truth, they go back to script and write what they were told anyway.

They’re now surrounded by a community of citizen journalists who actually know how to think and it’s killing the Pravda Press.

Time to take the Pravda Press down.

  20. Excellent response, although I doubt that she will take the time to read anything that doesn’t fit her narrative. I look forward to ignoring her article, as I do the New York Times in general.

  21. You will find more real journalism at the National Enquirer. At least they require two sources for every story in case they get sued. I knew one of their editors, now deceased, many years ago. He told me stories they couldn’t print — but my lips are sealed!

  22. The sanctimoniousness and smugness of this “reporter” just oozes like an overflowing sewer. She accurately represents the level of 99% of the media who tell us how to think and live. I had high hopes you and others would use the power of truth to put them and most of our other “leaders” in their rightful place. I hope there’s still light at the end of that tunnel after what we just lived through and seem to be accepting as the new-old reality. Somebody save us from this nonsense already!

  23. i think you will find there are million$ of us deplorables out here that can put out $50-100 each for the cause of fair elections, ect. we just need someone to take the lead. got that?

  24. With your straight-forward denial, she cannot legally allege any financial contribution. If she does, boom. Defamation. She is not that stupid.

  25. Went and looked at some of her recent work.

Jo Becker is quite the little presstitute propagandist.

Nice job of handing her ass to her, Patrick. It’ll be interesting to see if she ever replies, or if she just slithers off elsewhere.

  26. Got this off Pam Geller’s blog from webcache after it had been removed..
Not that I agree with everything she says, but on this, she has done a lot of leg work beyond the Staple Street and Cerberus/Carlyle link behind Dominion’s ownership.

There are a lot of names and links in the article and you can see immediately why the NYT would be defending Dominion. [NYT pvt stock mainly owned by Ochs, Sulzberger families, public stock now around 1/6th owned by Carlo Slim, board stacked with CEO’s of groups like GoDaddy, Etsy, etc.]

    https://cc.bingj.com/cache.aspx?q=shareholders+of+dominion+voting+system&d=5048158697029643&mkt=en-US&setlang=en-US&w=Uqh03NVKyXf3owEnDQvLPXb8gndkftxF

“We can notice that in 2009, the former director of Carlyle founded Staple Street Capital, and William Kennard who is an Executive Board Member of Staple Street nominated as ambassador to the EU by Barack Obama in 2009. This may be related to Obama, and the Carlyle Group is accused of being related to the Bush family, which also reveals why Bush supports the Obama Biden administration.”

  27. “When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re sending people that have a lot of problems, and they’re bringing those problems to us. They’re bringing drugs; theyre bringing crime; AND SOME, I ASSUME, ARE GOOD PEOPLE.”

Has been reported by you as:

“When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best….They’re rapists“ (end of quote)

in this article youre linking to: https://www.deepcapture.com/2019/10/reflections-on-president-donald-j-trump/

Which is being seen a lot again because of that

It’s not just leaving out the last part, but he is listing off various problems – never claiming they all have every problem. (And again, even saying some have none of the problems and are good).

PATRICK SIR, *PLEASE CORRECT THE NON-REPRESENTATIVE TRUNCATION*

  28. “When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re sending people that have a lot of problems, and they’re bringing those problems to us. They’re bringing drugs; theyre bringing crime; they’re rapists; AND SOME,I ASSUME, ARE GOOD PEOPLE.”

Has been reported by you as:

“When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best….They’re rapists“ (end of quote)

    in this article: https://www.deepcapture.com/2019/10/reflections-on-president-donald-j-trump/
That you link to in this letter to jo
Which link is being seen a lot again because of that.

It’s not just leaving out the last part, which is the biggest issue, but also: he is listing off various problems – never claiming they all have every single problem so therfore they dont all have the rapist problem which your version would imply. (And again, even saying some have none of the problems and are good).

PATRICK SIR, *PLEASE CORRECT THE NON-REPRESENTATIVE TRUNCATION*

    Thanks,

    1. You’re correct that is a nasty rhetorical trick worthy of rags like NYT or WAPO. I hope Patrick does pick this up, he should not walk into this trap. Cheers!

  29. First they for the conservatives……………

Now they are going after people who threaten “their” money. Robinhood and TD Ameritrade have suspended buying of Game Stop and AMC. The reddit message board for wallstreetbets was disrupted and the Discord channel was completely removed under trumped up circumstances.

The hedge funds who have $5+ billion in short positions have been manipulating GME down for a long time and the reported short positions have topped 138%. Some smaller individual investors noticed this position and were able to rally fellow individual to purchase GME because it was seen as an undervalued stock based partly on the manipulation from the hedge funds. This rise in price caught these billion dollar hedge funds on the wrong side causing them to have to cover several billion in losses. Now it has come to light that these hedge funds have not covered their losses and are in danger of completely loosing everything.

There is nothing illegal in what these small investors are doing, there is nothing wrong with the reddit or discord chat board. The only problem is that billion dollar institutional investors are getting taken to the cleaners and a vast amount of wealth is flowing back to the people. Big tech and brokers are protecting these hedge funds at the expense of us regular citizens.

I can not tell you how epic the battle is that is raging right now. If you go back and read all of the old articles Patrick posted about Naked Short Selling you will get a very good idea.

What you are seeing is a climax in the work that Patrick started over 10 years ago.

    1. Hi Deadheded:

Thanks for this post, and thanks also for using the same moniker these last few years that I have been re-entered into the Deep Capture world ;)… (Patrick, I hope you know that I mean that in a light-hearted vien – I truly appreciate all your work since I first came across it in 2007/2008, can’t remember exactly when, but I think it might be 2008)

Deadheded, I don’t have time currently to follow this hedge fund stuff (mainly because I have too much work attending to my little company that I have been growing these last 17 years)… but I will keep track of your posts on this NSS topic, so please continue to share with us on this topic too.

For now, I can only wish you good luck and all the best,
      Take care.
      Anil

  30. It was very nice of you to not correct her with “Dr.” instead of “Mr.”. Byrne. I suppose that shows the level of thought and research she extended before reaching out to you. Sloppy and sad “journalistic” work…

  31. Thank you for mentioning HARRISON DEAL Mr
Byrne. Deal’s Have been Fighting and dieing for this country since its inception. Thank you for your Great Patriotism and sense of Duty. May God Bless You and your Entire Team.

    1. That was a truly frightening and tragic loss of a promising young man.
I hope his family gets the justice and peace of mind they deserve.
Be sure to update us all about any developments.
Publicity often helps in these matters.

  32. She should cite this response, take quotes from your latest installment and call it a day. You really don’t need msm coverage when you write as well as you do. Patrick, you’re a hero.

  33. disgusting NYT is a joke REAL journalism is dead patrick i had no idea you were such a good journalist and i truly love every piece ive read from you so far thank you for what you do and god bless

  34. Mr. Byrne,
It is hard to swim around circling sharks, but you do it well. I am a simple man, and if I were in such a position I would never communicate with the Scripted Media who have proven over and over that the truth does not matter – only the Approved Narrative. I think you are wise not to run for office
( though I’d actually bother to vote again if you did… I gave up voting due to the criminality of the US system – 2020 proved me right. ).

The best thing that came out of the Trump administration was that numerous people are waking up to the obvious fraud that surrounds us at all levels of society, not only government corruption as policy of the the ruling ONE PARTY system – disguised as Two, the corruption of the Supreme Court (and many lower courts as well), but the Wall Street corruption, the pandemic corruption including the economic destruction, the government sponsored Operation GLADIO American Style events occurring, The Epstein Scandal, Hollywood, etc. The veil has been lifted – a bit too late I think- but lifted nonetheless for over half of the country.

Friends and family members consider me less crazy after years of trying to convince them about what is really going on in the US. For that I am thankful to President Trump. This would not have happened if another “Black Mailed” individual like Hillary Clinton took office.

  35. Patrick, I heard Rand Paul say that he intended to spend the next two years visiting states about how to fix election fraud. I think he is talking perhaps primarily about getting the problems/ Laws fixed in Pennsylvania/Georgia etc regarding adhering to the state legislature‘s pronouncements on time place and manner of elections per the Federal Constitution.

From what I have seen the voting machine fraud is a much bigger problem. The Big media and big Tech censorship and denials have been overwhelming. (Remains to be seen whether the impeachment trial will shine light on these problems ). Perhaps what you found in Georgia and Michigan already although the product of somewhat limited access could be used to persuade Senator Paul et al that it’s going to take a massive effort to expose fix the problem. Maybe it’s getting the Republican Legislatures to change from Dominion to a simpler voting situation. I don’t really know for sure. But I know that it needs to be fixed before 2022 or the chances for turning around from the specter of one party far left rule becomes bleak.

  36. Yo Patrick, “You da man”! I couldn’t ever have been so “diplomatic” w/ any “organism” associated with the NY SLIMES. Perhaps there was an ulterior [d**k]brain motive for such a “considerate” response?

  37. Yo Patrick, “you da Man”! I could never have been diplomatic w/ any “organism” associated w/ the “Toilet Paper of Record” the NY SLIMES. If the photo is an accurate representation, perhaps you had an ulterior [d**k-brain] motive? At least as attractive as Maria . . . ?
