Post subject: Cars
Hi. We just rollled out our new cars tab. It is in Beta, so be prepared for little glitches. Still, tell me what you think, and make any suggestions you can think of.
Using licenses avoids the costs and the time to evict,
thus making substantial savings in bad debts and costs.
With an HMO, you benefit from lower premiums in exchange
for accepting some policy restrictions. Quite a lot of Landlords
ask about insuring the building for themselves and
contents for the tenant and also many people also ask about the possibilities
of getting a combined policy that means that you can cover both your own contents and the contents of the
tenant but this is not possible because you cannot insure something that you do not own and therefore cannot insure the tenants’ contents.
