I agree there are still some things that have to be done. My DD leads me to believe there is just a little more from one of the financial thugs that needs to be resolved before they can finish.
One of them had an out with the computer glitch.
The other was exonerated because the laws were not good enough to make a case.
The last one is still in talks and at a critical position right now. They will be in talks all weekend but one negotiator is demanding a meeting on Wed before his final decision on whether or not there should be an out for this company.
IMO there will be a deal however there will be some posturing before the deal is finalized. This last companies crimes probably cost many people their lives (in Iran) and has made the nuclear situation much more dangerous for the entire world. It is what makes the crime much more hard to swallow. JMHO Spirit

(TSX:BZA)(OTCQX:ABGFF) ("Bonanza" or "Company") is pleased to announce a progress update at the high-grade Copperstone Mine during April 2012, and to announce that it has completed a second priority secured gold prepayment facility to support the successful ramp-up of the Copperstone Mine to full production.
Bonanza continues to make positive progress during its expected ramp-up stage as it approaches its objective of reaching design rates for mining and production. Performance during April represents a substantial improvement over the first quarter of 2012. Once at design rates, Bonanza will be able to announce commercial production. Current improvements during the ramp-up phase include:

1. Mill Performance - 5,455 tons were milled during April. On a day-to-day
basis, the mill has performed at design throughput rates and is capable
of running at these target rates. Increased through-put will be seen in
the coming months as the mine's ore tonnage to the processing plant
increases from the 'D', 'C' and 'North D' Zones. The target throughput
rate is 450 tons per day.

2. Recovery - 1,060 ounces gold was recovered in the mill during April,
which is approximately 35% of the monthly design rate for year one of
the mine life.

3. Overall Recovery Rate - stands at 85% for the full month of April. This
will further improve as the feed from the mine evens out over the
summer. The tailings grade is low at 0.036 ounces per ton, in line with
expectations.

4. Concentrate Shipment Grade - During April, the concentrates graded
between 48 and 54 ounces of gold per ton, which is several times higher
than design grades.

5. Gold Sales - preliminary gold sales in April of 1,186 ounces were
achieved, representing 40% of Year 1 monthly design rates. The gravity
concentrate is currently being sent to Metals Research in Idaho, and the
flotation concentrate to Global Metal Technologies in Spokane.

6. The Mine - 5,375 tons of ore was mined in April, which is approximately
180 tons per day, representing 40% of design output rates.

The mining activity is focusing on three zones. Within the next two or three months, these three zones will ensure that the mine has more than sufficient ore stopes available to achieve design output:

-- 'D' Zone - this zone has been the focus of the mining activity during
2012 and mining ore at higher rates will resume when current curing of
the backfill is completed shortly. The backfill activity had led to a
short-term drop in mine output.
-- 'C' Zone - stopes are currently under development and are expected to be
developed for the mining of ore within two weeks. The 'C Zone' will be
the second zone to be developed.
-- 'North D' Zone - a development heading is being driven out to 'North D
Zone' and is expected to arrive in approximately two months.

Gold Facility Details
In order for Bonanza to expedite the opening up of the 'North D' Zone and develop stopes in the 'C' Zone, plus improve equipment availability and the building of a spare parts inventory, Bonanza completed a second priority secured gold prepayment facility. The gold prepayment facility was completed with an arms-length Lender, whereby Bonanza has agreed to deliver 3,215 ounces of gold for delivery on June 1, 2015, for gross proceeds of US$4,501,000 (the "Facility").
The Facility will be repaid through the delivery of 3,215 ounces of gold (the "Gold") on June 1, 2015, subject to the Lender's option to receive the Gold or cash. The Gold that has been committed under this Facility represents approximately 1% of the measured and indicated mineral resources at the Copperstone gold mine.
The Facility is subject to optional early repayment by the Company after eight months have passed with a prepayment equal to the gross proceeds plus the outstanding interest which would become due until June 1, 2015, less interest previously paid. The Company will pay an interest rate of 12% per annum, commencing on July 1, 2012. The Facility is secured by a second priority charge over the personal property of the Company and the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Bonanza Explorations Inc.

So Tom, what do you think of all that is going on in the markets?
You know, Penson, Knight, Etrade CEO getting canned and CNBC rumor that Ameritrade may take over Etrade? What is your take on what is going on? Think its possible regulators are in some of those shops dictating what happens next? Could it be that some folks are trying to clean up the filth in our market without having it implode completely? Think it is possible that the cleanup work behind the scenes is the real cause for the delay in the payment of our dividends? Think that could explain why FINRA refuses to talk about the short numbers for FFGO? I guess if that were true it sure would explain why not a single solitary charge by regulators has been made against anyone connected to FFGO despite all the complaints made. Time will tell all and I sure would love that to be the reason. Go FFGO!!!

The valuation of US$258,073,107 is based on the liquidation preference of the preferred stock, which is US$16.00 per share for the Series A Preferred Stock and US$2.20 per share for the Series B Preferred Stock. Bouse, Gold Mining and Exploration Project:- Dr Wayne P Colliston prepared this report, in August, 2004 on the 1,300 acre Bouse gold (silver ? copper) property situated in the La Paz area of western Arizona, USA, near the California border. At the gold price of approximately US$400/oz (in August 2004), this provides a value estimate for the deposit in the range of up to $600 million. This estimated gold resource is for the little Butte area only, and does not include any potential from the remainder of the property. At the current Gold price of circa US$800/oz, the revised and updated valuation report , will be significantly higher.

So based on this valuation, today the value should be close to 1.86 billion $ with the price of gold at + $1239.00. (Caution: this is a super-rough estimation of the in situ value)

BACKGROUND ON "BOUSE" AND "SOUTH COPPERSTONE":-

"Bouse" and "South Copperstone" are both located in gold-rich La Paz County, Arizona, and represent a class of deposits known as detachment fault deposits. This type of deposit is prevalent on both sides of the Colorado River in both Arizona and California, and mineable resource is typically in the 500,000 ounces to 5 million ounces gold range, with a grade of .05 to .2 ounces of gold per ton.


The detachment fault type of deposit was first recognized in the 1980’s with the discovery of the Copperstone gold deposit, from which Cyprus Minerals mined 500,000 ounces of gold by open pit. Another mining company is presently exploring the remaining underground resource (which is believed to exceed 400,000 ounces) and is assessing feasibility of reopening the mine. The nearby Mesquite deposit, located in Imperial County, California, is also viewed as a detachment fault deposit. Mesquite is several times the size of the Copperstone Deposit and was mined for many years by Newmont; Mesquite is presently operated by Western Goldfields.
The South Copperstone property is a large contiguous claim block immediately south of the Copperstone Mine. Past drilling has identified gold in quartz latite, as well as a geophysical anomaly in the center of the South Copperstone Claim block. Further geophysical (including magnetic) work is planned to develop future drill targets.
The Bouse property was previously explored by Homestake Gold (now part of Barrick), which found gold mineralization throughout the property. Drill data is available for approximately 80 Homestake drill holes. Previous work by another mining company identified a 500,000 ton resource along two high angle faults that were not extensively drilled by Homestake. Exploration plans include integration of results from the previous exploration and new geophysical (including magnetic) work to identify additional drill targets, particularly along the high angle structures, with a view toward increasing the resource.

Bouse Property, a Mid-Tertiary system of epithermal mineralization was introduced into a stacked sequence of lithotectonic units that are located on the northern side of the Plomosa Detachment Fault. Complex epithermal gold, barite and fluorite mineralization is superimposed on earlier copper-specularite mineralization. Gold occurs in laterally extensive breccias and in steeply dipping amethystine-quartz veins. Past district production (over 2/3 of which was from the Little Butte Mine) averaged over .4 oz/T gold. Strong likelihood of a major detachment fault associated gold/copper deposit, similar to the proven and mined Copperstone and Mesquite deposits. Past drilling by Tenneco, U.S. Borax and Homestake found significant gold bearing intervals in both the breccias and high angle structures.
Project Summary The Bouse Project involves an important new type of Arizona gold deposit, called a "detachment fault" deposit. Detachment fault deposits were first recognized as a separate form of gold deposit in the 1980's. Enclosed within this pack is an article by noted Arizona geologist Joe Wilkins Sr., which describes the leading theory about how they formed. The best example of an Arizona detachment gold deposit is Copperstone, which is about 20 miles from Bouse. It was the biggest gold discovery in Arizona in at least 50 years. Cyprus Gold profitably mined the 500,000 oz open pit resource during the 1980's. American Bonanza is presently doing underground drilling. It looks like the underground high grade resource is even larger. Enclosed are some materials on the Copperstone for your general information on its history and American Bonanza's present activities there, which are the major news in Arizona gold exploration at this time. Unlike Copperstone, Bouse is an historic gold producer. 5,000 ounces were produced from high grade ore early in the 20th century. It was also worked as an underground copper mine. Most of this production was from the Little Butte Mine, which is the centrepiece of our land position.
Starting in the 1980's there has been a lot of exploration work at Bouse. Per Arizona Department of Mines and Mineral Resources records, prior to 1983 a 16 hole drill program blocked out 5,000,000 tons of material ranging from .05 to .30 ounces gold per ton. These drill-holes were in the immediate vicinity of the Little Butte underground mine and the Little Butte open pit. The drill hole locations are indicated as drill holes of an "Unknown" exploration company on the enclosed Homestake Mining map.

Next, Fischer Watt exploration, a well regarded company based in Butte, Montana, leased the Little Butte mine. They estimated the resource more conservatively, at 2,000,000 tons of .07 ounce per ton rock. They drilled exactly one 290 foot hole near the Little Butte underground mine and encountered 7 gold bearing intervals.
Tenneco then took over the project. They drilled 17 holes and found gold bearing intervals in 10 of them. Not only did Tenneco find gold at the Little Butte underground mine and open pit, but they also found gold at the Arrastre Mine, the Blue Slate Mine and the Flat Fault Mine, all of which are included in our project.
During 1984 U.S. Borax drilled 18 holes in the pediment to the west of the historic mining district along the inferred course of the Plomosa detachment fault. Three of these holes met with success. We have a lot of material from this project, and it is included for your review. These are the packets and maps from Corn & Ahearn and PCMI. While we have not viewed this area as a high priority, some of it has been included in our present land
position.
Starting in 1987, Homestake Mining leased the central part of the district (called the Brindle claims -- these are the core of our present land position) and acquired an option to purchase the smaller patented group to the west called the Paradise Mine, which is not included in our project. Homestake drilled over 50 holes over a 4 year period. They found significant gold mineralization everywhere that Tenneco did at the Little Butte mine and open pit, the Blue Slate Mine and the Flat Fault Mine. They also put down seven drill holes in the vicinity of the detachment fault. Enclosed is a pack which we obtained from
Barrick which includes all of Homestake's drill logs and assay results. The map at the rear section entitled "Alteration, Mineralization and Drill Holes" includes all of the drill information for the previous work by Fischer Watt, US Borax and Tenneco.
What does the future hold for this gold deposit? While a gold deposit this big will take a substantial amount of work to turn into a large proven reserve, this should be a simple and straight forward effort if the drill programs focus on the core deposit, rather than concentrating on peripheral areas. The core deposit may be visualized as an inverted "V" with the Little Butte underground mine near the apex, the Little Butte open pit, Flat Fault mine and Blue Slate mine along the left leg, and the Airfield deposit at the bottom of the right leg. If, as we believe, the entire area of the inverted "V" turns out to be a mineable open pit resource this would be a far larger gold
deposit than the 1,000,000 +/- oz Copperstone, and may be closer to the 10,000,000 oz size of the Mesquite mine, which is another detachment fault deposit in California.
Another high priority area is the granite block located within the confines of the inverted "V." There is high grade gold mineralization at the Arrastre Mine, which is near the southern end of the granite block about 4,000 feet south of the Little
Butte underground mine. Homestake did not even bother to map this area in detail, which is surprising given the extensive surface shows of copper oxide and the abundant quartz.
Also included are the two major geological reports on the district. (1) The Jemmett report, from 1966, is included because it gives some good descriptions of the individual mines. While Jemmett is not very enthusiastic about the mineral possibilities of the district, his report predates the discovery of the detachment fault model of gold mineralization, which turned Western Arizona into a "hot" area for mineral exploration. (2) The second report by Duncan was funded by Homestake. An important
conclusion (p.37) is that the high gold and copper values are in a NE/SW band corresponding to the left leg of the inverted "V" referred to above.
Included with the projects is the Burnt Well property, also located in La Paz County. We have acquired about 640 acres along the Bullard detachment fault in the vicinity of the Silver Lining Mine, and plan to add at least another 480 acres. While Cominco drilled the Bullard deposit to the east along this fault, Burnt Well escaped the attention of the majors during the 1980's gold exploration boom. A limited amount of material is included from the Arizona Geological Survey and the Arizona Department of Mines and Mineral Resources. Preliminary surface sampling shows similar grade (approximately .1 oz gold per ton) as the open pit resource at Copperstone. There is no recorded production for this district. However, from the size of the dumps, it is obvious that there must have been substantial production in the past.

Bouse - West Africa Gold is continuing to re-evaluate their mining properties in western Arizona. They recently announced the revaluation of the Mockingbird project in Mohave County. On Tuesday, they released their findings at the Bouse property in La Paz County. Geologist Dr. Wayne Colliston identified a “detachment fault†at the Bouse property similar to the one found recently on the Mockingbird project. The “detachment fault†style of deposit is best seen at Copperstone, the biggest gold discovery in Arizona in the past 50 years. A value estimate for the gold deposit is in the range of up to $600 million, and that does not include any silver or copper also found on the Bouse property.

Longs have posted numerous time that all trades according to FINRA since they began keeping records averaged over 90% short.
On top of it being over 90% regulators charged and fined millions of dollars two of the market makers that handled FFGO trades with mismarking millions of trades calling them long when in fact they were short. This opens the door for all trades since FINRA began keeping records to have been short sales, 100% short. In addition, despite numerous complaints made to regulators, not a single party connected to FFGO has been charged with the smallest breaking of any rules and regulations, not a single one. Would a jury call this the preponderence of the evidence? I would if I sat on the jury.
Go FFGO and kudos to all who made sure shareholders would be protected and rewarded!

My long term outlook is that NSS in FFGO and others and Knight and many others will be looked at. I also believe that steps to correct issues involving lack of transparency in fails to deliver will be undertaken to restore investor confidence.

We agree management did a great job! They conned the conman I mean shortman into believeing they were crooks and were going to sell trillions of shares with the 5 trillion share authorized.
The shortman bought it hook line and sinker and then it was announced ooops, that is a mistake and they reduced the outstanding by hundreds of billions. The shortman though had already crossed the line and sold billions of non existant shares.
Now we that own shares wait for our payday. The company will pay out 258 million in dividends and the shortman will pay out a big multiple of that number. Go FFGO!!!

My short term out look on that is that it is being looked at and long term when they get grasp how corrupt things are and how massive the problem is, they'll get the chopping block ready to start butchering those who are involved in the NSS like we see in FFGO and far to many others. You are exactly correct, all of these years when everyone was blameing the companies for company failure it was always the short man who was stealing the money and causing the failure of the company and after all these years and who knows how much money, I would guess more that a trillion dollars and that may be the major cause for the deficit with the federal goverment and a major part of what is owed could be taklen care of if our officials would just do their job

I disagree. The REAL problem here is the people that continue to suggest that this was just a mere trading glitch, nothing more. This is a fundamental problem with how big MM's operate, not a single incidental error that will only happen one time.

However, it does not surprise me that many of the same people who sit around and call BS and "SCAM" on companies with balance sheets that a small child would understand are blatantly fraudulent also makeup a considerable portion of people that blindly defend NITE, as if they've swore some type of royal allegiance to them.

Knight manipulates penny stocks. Anyone who's glanced at Level 2 for a day on a single equity usually understands that quickly. Even quicker if you've been in the Wall St. circle in the US for any amount of time.

Think of all the good that will come from that. Money presently sitting offshore untaxed will come back into taxpaying investors hands who will spend stimulating the economy and creating jobs.

NMGL - Form 15 Filing results in NMGL's not being required to file periodical financials with the SEC.

The DTCC is in quite a bind with all of the counterfeit electronic equity markers issued by the brokers over the years for FFGO commons, and for the dividend *place-markers* they have issued.

Their inability to cover the NMGL Preferreds is but a small portion of the exposed risk for those naked short selling and counterfeiting electronic equity markers.

The reason why NMGL is not offering to buy the B & SC shares that were once issued as a dividend for FFGO historical shareholders is because NMGL most likely holds 100% of the shares required to trigger the dividend distribution.

The remaining electronic equity markers in retail trading accounts are counterfeit, and pose one heck of a problem for the DTCC, the retail brokers, the marker makers, and their hedge fund counter-parties.

Billions of dollars worth of risk and exposure will be realized when the record and payment date is announced.

Attempts to *trip* the company up or find a reason for SEC action is continuous and ongoing in the shadows.

FFGO - AlanC, the DTCC borrow their shares out to brokers multiples of what they have on hand. It is my belief that the DTCC is using the *borrows* as collateral. Isn't the DTCC owned by the Federal Reserve?

Strange that the DTCC has $15T in assets and the Federal Reserve has strapped Americans with $15T in debt. Coincidence?

They have naked short sold FFGO to the outer limits. That is just the common shares of FFGO. Now take into consideration all of the counterfeit electronic markers they have deposited into retail traders accounts for the dividend shares from previous distributions.

The current planned distribution really bends the shorts over backward.

Each and every historical dividend is somehow tied to the payment on the planned distribution of A's & B's.

I suspect our payments will likely end up ultimetly being paid by U.S. taxpayers when all is said and done. Hopefully our markets will be cleansed of all the criminals now operating with impunity.

I'm sure you saw that KCG lost 440 million dollars last week in less than an hours time. That is the way it will be when our dividend is finally paid, the shortman will lose mega millions in a very short period of time. It is clear as a bell who stole investors funds, in fact, FINRA provided the proof to us. Over 2 billion non existant shares sold into the market from the day FINRA started collecting the information on short sales until the day we stopped trading. That proof has been posted here numerous times. Who knows how many more billion non existant shares were sold as the company appealed to regulators on this very issue on several occasions going back to 2005. That 5 trillion share authorized accident allowed the shortman to feel comfortable selling as many shares as possible without worrying about ever having to cover. When the mistake was discovered and publicly corrected it was far too late for the shortman as he had crossed the line billions of shares ago. Pete Bezzano and others had to design a plan that would not only protect shareholders and the company assets but also insure a generous return when the time was right. I find it incredible that some folks are willing to crusade against perceived scams and yet take no stand against naked shorting whatsoever, in fact, in most cases they try to deny that it exists. No question there are small companies whose management sell shares to line their pockets and they should be stopped and prosecuted ASAP. On the other hand we know for a fact as regulators have recently fined both UBSS and Credit Suisse millions of dollars for mismarking millions of trades as long when in fact they were short sales. The Wyoming rules and regs for liquidating dividends have also been posted and clearly support the ability for shareholders to receive payment. Nary a single charge made against any individual connected with FFGO, not a single one. Go FFGO!!!
