I am curious: if you were underwhelmed by the appelate court’s 3-0 decision, then I must ask: what could the appelate court have done that would have whelmed you?If you are looking for something, I’d suggest reading that 36 page decision they signed: it was arguably harsher towards your patrons than was our own brief.
